Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unmodified
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  5. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications. Please review all custom order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Consultation Services

Consultation services and design advice are non-refundable once provided. If you are unsatisfied with a consultation, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
